Shipping Policy

How We Do It

This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your purchases from The Computer Mega Store website (the "Website"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are set forth to ensure a smooth experience for both you and The Computer Mega Store, while protecting our interests and setting clear expectations for our service.

1. General

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website. However, there may be instances where discrepancies occur, and we may not be able to fulfill your entire order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to discuss options. You can choose to wait for the backordered item to be restocked, or we can process a refund for that item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be presented at checkout and will be the final price you pay for shipping.

3. Returns

3.1 Cancellations Due to Change of Mind

The Computer Mega Store will accept order cancellations due to a change of mind, as long as the request is received before the order is dispatched.

Once returned items are received and accepted, we will process a refund to store credit for a future purchase. You will be notified via email once this is complete.

OR

The Computer Mega Store will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund any shipping costs paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

The Computer Mega Store will honor any valid warranty claims submitted within 7 days of receiving your items.

Customers are responsible for pre-paying return shipping costs. However, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.

Upon receiving your return for a warranty claim, The Computer Mega Store will process your claim within 7 days. Once confirmed, you will have the following options:

  • (a) Refund to your original payment method

  • (b) Refund in store credit

  • (c) Replacement item sent to you (if available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments typically take 2-7 days in transit.

4.2 International Transit Time

International orders generally take 4-22 days for delivery. This timeframe can vary depending on the courier service provider.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 12:00 AM IST will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next business day.

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In these cases, we will do our best to minimize shipment delays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

You can request a change of delivery address at any time before your order is dispatched.

4.5 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will immediately dispatch the in-stock items and send the remaining items once they become available.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us for investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you can follow your shipment's progress based on the latest updates provided by the shipping carrier.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service department. If the parcel is delivered without you being present, contact customer service for further instructions.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 GST

GST (Goods and Services Tax) is already applied to the product prices displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be due upon arrival in the destination country. These costs vary by country. The Computer Mega Store recommends researching these potential costs before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to The Computer Mega Store at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we are happy to accept cancellations at any time before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Damaged in Transit

9.1 Damaged Parcels

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Lost Parcels

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier investigates and deems the parcel lost.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy for The Computer Mega Store

This policy outlines the terms applicable to any products you purchase from The Computer Mega Store (referred to as "We", "Us", or "Our" in this agreement).

Goods: Items offered for sale on our website.

Orders: Your request to purchase Goods from us.

You: The individual accessing our website or the company/legal entity you represent while using our website.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel your order before it's dispatched without any reason. We will provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method you used for the purchase. No fees will be charged for this refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return (with reason provided):

  • The Goods must be purchased within the last 3 days of delivery.

  • The Goods must be in their original packaging.

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Goods made to your specifications or personalized.

    • Goods that, by nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have an expired date.

    • Goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.

    • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns of any merchandise that doesn't meet these conditions or if a return request is not submitted within the timeframe specified below.

Important:

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are unfortunately excluded. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by law.

  • To report any discrepancies with your order, including damage or receiving the wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Returning Goods

Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind after the product has been delivered.

  • If there's a problem or damage with the delivered product, or if you received the wrong product, we will process a refund after verification. Verification will only be possible if the discrepancy is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • All returned products must be in original packaging, untampered with, and authentic to be eligible for a refund.

  • Returned products should be sent to the address mentioned above.

  • We are not liable for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped them to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
